What's the verdict?
In my own personal opinion, I think an indoor setting is more beneficial to the overall well-being of your rabbit. At the end of the day, your decision about whether to keep your rabbit outside or inside depends on your own personal needs and the weather in your region. If you work a lot or are a student who only has limited time to spend with your rabbit, keeping it inside would be beneficial for both of you, because it's much easier to get to your rabbit that way. If you have more time on your hands, keeping a rabbit outside wouldn't be as hard for you. If you live in a very hot place, it would be best to keep your rabbit inside (as they can suffer heat strokes in weather warmer than 75 degrees farenheit). Rabbits do better in cooler weather and can handle pretty cold tempratures. Of course, there are certain tempratures that rabbits can freeze in (around 10 degrees farenheit) and at that point should be brought inside. Some people actually like to have their rabbits moved between indoor cages and hutches as the seasons change. (This all depends on the climate where you live.) This is a method that could possibly be best for your family, altough it does cost the most as you will need an indoor cage and an outdoor cage. As long as you keep in mind the pros and cons of each setting, you should be able to make a decision that fits you and your family best.
